Section 14-95-301 - Modification or dissolution - Prohibitions - Exception

(a) Once an urban service district has incurred bond indebtedness, it shall not be dissolved or modified in any respect until all bonds are retired.(b) This prohibition shall not prevent the creation of a new or additional district with boundaries larger, smaller, or coextensive with, an existing urban service district.Acts 1995, No. 1090, § 4.
