(a) To finance the cost of the program, the governing body of each municipality shall adopt a resolution pledging the urban service district's service charges, or a portion thereof, to finance the program compiled for the district.(b) The resolution shall specify: (1) The district's projected revenues;(2) The projected costs of the program; and(3) The period of time for which the district's revenues shall be obligated.Acts 1995, No. 1090, § 6.
