The governing authority of any improvement district is authorized to appropriate sums, issue bonds, and levy taxes in the manner and for the purposes provided by the law under which it is organized to raise funds as necessary to fulfill the district's obligations under the terms of any agreement entered into under this chapter.Acts 1967, No. 31, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1806.
