Section 14-116-403 - Appeal from district actions

Any person aggrieved by the service furnished or rates charged by the water district shall have, as a matter of right, the right to petition the grievance from the decision or action of the water district, to the circuit court wherein the water district was formed. Upon the petition being filed, the circuit court shall hear the petition de novo and is empowered to make orders as necessary and proper in equity.Acts 1957, No. 114, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1409.
