Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to in any way repeal any existing statute with reference to the creation of other improvement districts within the State of Arkansas nor to in any other manner impair any obligations on contracts entered into by the other improvement districts.Acts 1949, No. 329, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-903.
