The board may determine, by resolution, that any real or personal property is no longer needed for the uses and purposes of the district and may thereafter sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of the property upon such terms and in such manner as appear to the board to be for the best interest of the district.Acts 1949, No. 329, § 12; 1957, No. 171, § 5; 1959, No. 131, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-912.
