Section 14-120-101 - Date of annual board meeting

The board of directors of any levee or drainage district created by special act of the General Assembly and for which a date for the regular annual meeting of the board of directors is fixed by special act, may change the date of the regular annual meeting by resolution adopted by a majority vote of the membership of the board of directors.Acts 1959, No. 62, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-838.
