Section 14-120-211 - Election judges and clerks

At the request of the secretary of the district, the judges and clerks for the election shall be designated by the election commissioners of the respective counties in which the election is held. The election officials shall be in the same number, have the same qualifications, and shall be entitled to the same compensation as provided by law for the conduct of general elections in this state.Acts 1937, No. 67, § 23, as added by Acts 1949, No. 249, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-809.16.
