Section 14-121-431 - Attorney's fees

In all suits brought for collection of delinquent taxes under this subchapter, a reasonable attorney's fee shall be taxed in favor of the attorney for the plaintiff, which fee shall be added to the amount of the cost.Acts 1909, No. 279, § 23, p. 829; C. & M.
