Section 14-121-705 - Use of increased revenues

Any increased revenues by reason of the annexes to a district together with any other revenues of any district not required for bonds and interest payments may be used by the commissioners for the purpose of cleaning, widening, deepening, or maintaining the drainage ditches of the districts.Acts 1927, No. 180, § 5; Pope's Dig., § 4534; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-538.
