When the governing body of any city enacts an ordinance pursuant to the authority granted herein, creating a drainage improvement district encompassing all or any part of the territory within the limits of the city, the governing body shall cause a notice of the adoption of the ordinance and a complete copy of the ordinance enacted to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the district within seven (7) days after the enactment thereof.Acts 1975, No. 746, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-1802.
