Land-use regulations prescribed in ordinances adopted pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter by the directors of any district shall have the force and effect of law in the district and shall be binding and obligatory upon all owners of lands within the district.Acts 1937, No. 197, § 9; Pope's Dig., § 11841; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-910.
