Section 14-125-905 - Times for discontinuance

The Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission shall not, until five (5) years have elapsed for the date of the district organization nor more often than once in three (3) years thereafter:(1) Entertain petitions for the discontinuance of any district;(2) Conduct referenda upon petitions; or(3) Make determinations pursuant to such petitions in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.Acts 1937, No. 197, § 12; Pope's Dig., § 11844; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-913.
