Section 14-125-906 - Consent requirement

No one (1) individual or corporation may be forced against his or its will into any district that may be created under the provisions of this chapter without the consent of the individual or corporation, unless lands so held by the above-named individual or persons mentioned above is wholly within the district, or the lands are so located in the district that it would be necessary to carry out the purpose of this chapter by including these lands in the district.Acts 1937, No. 197, § 12; Pope's Dig., § 11844; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-913.
