Section 14-138-112 - Conveyance of property by lessee

Any lessee is authorized to convey to the corporation, with or without the payment of monetary consideration therefor, any property that may be owned by the lessee, whether or not the property is necessary for the conduct of the governmental or other public functions of the lessee, if the conveyance has been authorized by a resolution duly adopted by the governing body prior to the conveyance.Acts 1967, No. 409, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-5120.
