Section 14-139-104 - Right of eminent domain

For the purpose of acquiring any exhibition grounds and buildings to be used in connection with the exhibition of livestock under the provisions of this chapter, or for the purpose of acquiring any property necessary thereof, the municipality shall have the right of eminent domain as is provided in §§ 18-15-301 - 18-15-303 and any acts amendatory or supplemental to it.Acts 1938 (Ex.
