Section 14-139-115 - Bonds - Tax exemption

Revenue bonds issued under this chapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxation. This exemption shall include income taxation, inheritance taxation, as well as all forms of property taxation.Acts 1938 (Ex. Sess.), No. 17, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2915.
