Section 14-140-205 - Planning for facilities

(a) The market authority, after a thorough investigation of the marketing problem within its jurisdiction, shall formulate for public presentation a master plan of market facilities as a guide for the further provision for market facilities properly integrated with present and proposed market facilities, subject to alteration as necessary.(b) A program of construction and method of financing shall likewise be formulated.Acts 1949, No. 300, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3308.
