Section 14-140-207 - Acquisition of property and property rights

For the purposes of this subchapter, the market authority is authorized to acquire private or public, real or personal property and property rights necessary for market facilities or other purposes by purchase, eminent domain, gift, lease, or otherwise.Acts 1949, No. 300, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3311.
