Section 14-142-204 - Construction

This subchapter shall be construed liberally to effectuate the legislative intent and the purposes of this subchapter as complete and independent authority for the performance of each and every act and thing herein authorized, and all powers herein granted shall be broadly interpreted to effectuate the intent and purposes of this subchapter and not as a limitation of powers.Acts 1993, No. 920, § 4.
