Section 14-142-217 - Bonds generally - Liability

No officer, employee, or member of the issuer shall be personally liable on any bonds issued under the provisions of this subchapter or for any damages sustained by any person in connection with any contracts entered into to carry out the purposes and intent of this subchapter, unless that person has acted with a corrupt intent.Acts 1993, No. 920, § 20.
