Each authority may, in connection with obtaining funds for its purposes, enter into any agreement with any person, firm, or corporation including the federal government, or any agency or subdivision thereof, containing such provisions, covenants, terms, and conditions as the authority may deem advisable.Acts 1997, No. 690, § 19.
