(a) A research park authority shall have the right to acquire any property necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter by exercising the power of eminent domain.(b) The research park authority, its agents, and its employees may seek a court order to enter upon real property and make surveys, examinations, photographs, tests, and samplings or to engage in other activities for the purpose of appraising the property or determining whether the real property is suitable for the authority's purpose.Acts 2007, No. 1045, § 1.
