Section 15-10-404 - Officers, departments, agencies, and institutions authorized to cooperate with board

All officers, departments, agencies, and institutions of this state and of its political subdivisions are authorized to cooperate with the Southern States Energy Board in the furtherance of any of its activities pursuant to the Southern States Energy Compact, § 15-10-401.Acts 1961, No. 429, § 4; 1979, No. 1112, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-1104.
