Section 15-3-134 - Centers for applied technology - Disposition of funds

Any moneys lawfully available to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for the purpose of creating centers for applied technology may be used for the purchase of equipment and fixtures, employment of faculty and support staff, provision of graduate fellowships, and other purposes approved by the commission but may not be used for capital construction.Amended by Act 2015EX1, No. 8,§ 76, eff. 7/1/2015.Amended by Act 2015EX1, No. 7,§ 76, eff. 7/1/2015.Acts 1989, No. 803, § 3.
