Section 15-4-310 - Minority and women-owned business officer

(a) Each state agency shall designate an individual as its minority and women-owned business officer.(b) The minority and women-owned business officer shall be the person within the state agency with whom the Division of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and the Minority and Women-owned Business Advisory Council shall work in their efforts to accomplish the goals of this subchapter.(c) Upon the appointment of the minority and women-owned business officer in each state agency, the state agency shall notify the division and the Office of State Procurement.Amended by Act 2017, No. 1080,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 2009, No. 1222, § 6.
