Section 15-4-506 - Beginning of corporate existence

(a) Upon the issuance of a certificate of incorporation by the Secretary of State, the corporate existence of the corporation shall begin.(b) The certificate of incorporation shall be conclusive evidence, except as against the state, that all conditions precedent required to be performed by the incorporators have been complied with and that the corporation has been incorporated under this act.Acts 1955, No. 404, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-519.
