The Secretary of State shall charge and collect for:(1) Filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation, ten dollars ($10.00);(2) Filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment, ten dollars ($10.00); and(3) Filing articles of dissolution, one dollar ($1.00).Acts 1955, No. 404, § 25; 1957, No. 47, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-528.
