The review committee shall:(1) Recommend to the trustees of the Venture Capital Investment Trust the payment of fees and expenses out of the Arkansas Venture Capital Development Fund for the operation of the fund; and(2) Approve an investment policy under this subchapter.Added by Act 2019, No. 925,§ 5, eff. 7/24/2019.
