This subchapter is:(1) Supplemental to other laws on the subject, and the Arkansas Development Finance Authority may use provisions of other applicable laws in the issuance of bonds and other obligations under this subchapter; and(2) Sufficient authority for the issuance of bonds and the performance of all other acts and procedures authorized by this subchapter.Added by Act 2013, No. 1252,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.
