(a) The bonds may be sold in such manner, either at public or private sale, and upon such terms as the Arkansas Development Finance Authority shall determine to be reasonable and expedient for effectuating the purposes for which the authority was created.(b) The bonds may be sold at a price the authority may accept, including sale at discount.Acts 1985, No. 1062, § 8.00; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-2908.
