Section 15-20-209 - Fee assessment for cost recovery

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may assess and collect fees for recovery of the costs of implementing and administering programs which have been delegated to the commission or to conservation districts.Acts 1993, No. 657, § 3; 1993, No. 942, § 3.
