Section 15-20-404 - Creation, conveyance, etc

Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, a conservation easement may be created, conveyed, recorded, assigned, released, modified, terminated, or otherwise altered or affected in the same manner as other easements.Acts 1983, No. 567, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 50-1202.
