Section 15-20-501 - Definitions

As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Commission' means the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission;(2) 'Director' means the Director of the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission or his or her appointed agents; and(3) 'Natural area' means any real property held by the commission in fee or less than fee interest, along with all appurtenances thereto.Acts 1989, No. 381, § 1; 2005, No. 1962, § 65.
