Section 15-20-703 - Definitions

As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Commission' means the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission;(2) [Repealed.](3) 'Department' means the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism; and(4) 'Registry' means the state Registry of Scenic Resources created by this subchapter.Amended by Act 2017, No. 540,§ 15, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1991, No. 999, § 3.
