Section 15-20-706 - Registry of Scenic Resources

(a) There is established the Registry of Scenic Resources.(b) The registry shall identify lands and waters in the state that exhibit outstanding characteristics of scenic beauty.(c) The registry shall be maintained by the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.(d) The registry shall be prepared in a manner which will enable the Division of Arkansas Heritage to include registry records in its environmental review procedures.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5666, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1991, No. 999, § 4.
