Section 15-21-304 - Land lying in both zones

When any tract of land to be defined by a single description extends from one (1) into the other of the coordinate zones established by § 15-21-302, the positions of all points on its boundaries may be referred to either of the two (2) zones, the zone which is used being specifically named in the description.Acts 1991, No. 861, § 4.
