(a) As used in this section, 'technical and general services' means the same as defined in § 19-11-203.(b) In the purchase of technical and general services associated with the creation, development, and maintenance of framework data, the Arkansas Geographic Information Systems Office may issue requests for proposals with technical specifications to be developed by the office.Added by Act 2015, No. 730,§ 7, eff. 7/1/2015.
