Section 15-22-1009 - Consultation and cooperation with other agencies and interested parties - State agencies to use mitigation bank

(a) The provisions of this subchapter shall be carried out by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.(b) All public agencies requiring permit action mitigation, when practicable, shall use mitigation banks created under this subchapter.Amended by Act 2021, No. 501,§ 8, eff. 7/28/2021.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 82, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1995, No. 562, § 9; 2007, No. 476, § 8.
