Section 15-22-1306 - Bonds - Sales

(a) The bonds may be sold in a manner, either at public or private sale, and upon terms that the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall determine to be reasonable and expedient for effectuating the purposes for which the bonds are issued.(b) The bonds may be sold at a price the commission may accept, including sale at discount.Acts 2003, No. 598, § 1.
