(a) The bonds shall be executed by manual or facsimile signature of the Chair of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission and the manual or facsimile signature of any other director or officer authorized to do so by resolution of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission.(b) If the officers whose signatures appear on the bonds shall cease to be officers before delivery of the bonds, their signatures, nevertheless, shall be valid and sufficient for all purposes.(c) Each bond shall be impressed or imprinted with the seal of the commission.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 85, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 2003, No. 598, § 1.
