Section 15-22-207 - Administration of oath to witnesses

Any member of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, or the commission's designee, may administer an oath to any witness in any hearing, investigation, or proceeding under the provisions of this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 76, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1957, No. 81, § 3; 1963, No. 14, § 18; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1303.
