(a) The applicant for a dam construction permit shall file with the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission upon a form prescribed by the commission an application accompanied by plans and specifications for the construction and manner of operation and maintenance of the dam.(b) The commission shall examine the plans and specifications of the dam and conduct other necessary investigations for the granting or denial of the permit, including inspection of the site of the proposed construction.(c) The application for a dam construction permit shall be accompanied by the dam permit application review fee as specified in § 15-22-219.Acts 1957, No. 81, § 6; 1969, No. 180, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1306; Acts 1989, No. 685, § 1.
