Section 15-22-220 - Continued water use study

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall gather and compile, from time to time, information as to the use of surface water in this state and the needs of the citizens of this state for surface water, that the information may be available to officials of this state and to its citizens.Acts 1957, No. 81, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1315.
