Section 15-22-405 - Filing of expense statement by judge

Any county judge sealing or directing the sealing of any artesian well shall file an expense statement on behalf of the county in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100) with the county recorder.Acts 1949, No. 478, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1104.
