Section 15-22-406 - Expense statements recorded as part of landowner's deed

Any and all expense statements filed with the county recorder shall be filed by him or her and recorded as a part of the deed of the land upon which a well as described in § 15-22-405 is situated.Acts 1949, No. 478, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1105.
