Section 15-22-408 - Deposit of collected sums

Any sums collected by the county recorder as provided in § 15-22-407 shall be deposited by the county recorder within ten (10) days with the county treasurer into the county general revenue fund.Acts 1949, No. 478, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1107.
