Section 15-22-511 - Exemption of commission property from mortgages and forced sales

All property controlled and operated by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall be exempt from forced sale. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize the commission to mortgage or otherwise encumber any of the property, except that the revenues thereof may be pledged as provided in this subchapter.Acts 1969, No. 217, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1327.
