Section 15-22-514 - Disposition of fees, earnings, etc

All fees, earnings, and other collections of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall be converted by the commission to the Arkansas Water Development Fund to be used by the commission as provided by law and shall not be paid into the State Treasury.Acts 1969, No. 217, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1324.
