Section 15-22-606 - Bonds - Principal amount

The total principal amount of bonds to be issued during any fiscal biennium shall not exceed fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000), unless the General Assembly by law shall have authorized a greater principal amount of bonds to be issued during a fiscal biennium.Acts 1981, No. 496, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-2302.
